Client Brief: Noor and Josh is a young couple, originally from Lebanon, Mediterranean Sea, both in their Mid 40’s. Noor is the CEO of Design Magazine, and she has Rheumatoid Arthritis. Josh is music producer. They have two dogs, and they're Art collectors, Love cooking, gathering and hosting people.
Design Concept: The Resident at the Rittenhouse inspiration takes from the Eclectic style of Oliver Furth and Contemporary style of Vicent Wolf. The apartment will have the impress of luxury and elegance by using abstract shapes, simple lines, applying different textures from different kinds of fabrics and metallics to have the harmony of colors and patterns in of spaces altogether.
